Sophie Young, L. Ac

I love being an Acupuncturist. I get to see people transform before my eyes, feel like their true selves again, and find greater ease in letting the little things slide.

I trained in New York and Beijing, graduating with honors from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in NY, with a Master of Science Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture & Herbology).

I took Advanced Acupuncture at the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences in Beijing, which is a World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborating Center of Traditional Medicine, working with some of China's most revered and famous Doctors.

Living in Beijing and participating first hand in the fast paced treatment of a wide variety of conditions at a busy hospital was a life-changing experience, and heavily influenced my own practice back in New York City.
