Location: On the back of the neck, at the base of the skull. Put your hands on the back of your head and use your thumbs to find the two depressions on the edge of the neck muscle, about 2 inches out from the midline.

Method: Put your hands on the back of your head and locate the points using your thumbs. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Use your thumbs to firmly but gently press up towards the skull. If the point is very tender, release the pressure slightly. Hold for 1-2 minutes while breathing deeply, then gently release.
